Within 5km: $5.99/ FREE DELIVERY ON ORDER OVER $35
5km~10km: $8.99/ FREE DELIVERY ON ORDER OVER $50
10km~15km: $12.99/ FREE DELIVERY ON ORDER OVER $50
15km~20km: FREE DELIVERY ON MINIMUM ORDER OVER $100
20km~25km: FREE DELIVERY ON MINIMUM ORDER OVER $150

    • Drop off hours are between:
      • 1st Batch:  12pm~2pm
      • 2nd Batch: 2pm~4pm
      • 3rd Batch:  4pm~6pm
      • 4th Batch:  6pm~8pm
      • Gatineau Area drop off hours are between 6pm~9pm.
        • (So to prevent driver being stuck in a traffic during afternoon rush hour. We appreciate your understanding.)
    • Orders are processed in first come first serve basis. However, You may receive your order at later batch time if you live futher than 10km away from the shop location.
    • If you wish to receive the order in certain batch time, please write a note on "delivery instruction section" on the checkout page. We will do our best to accomodate your need.
    • Depending on the daily delivery order volume, your order may arrive little early or later than the approximate drop off time given. We appreciate your understanding in advance. 
      • Example of situtations that may cause delay in deliveries:
        • If we have 5 deliveries to do in one area and few further away, Driver may do 5 deliveries nearby first, and do further away ones after.
        • On certain busy days, we may receive delivery requests from all over the city at same time, (including Orleans, Kanata, Barrhaven, and Gatineau area) and it may take longer than usual to deliver the order from one place to another.
        • Bad weather, road construction, heavy traffic during afternoon rush hour could delay driver from moving one place to another.
    • CUT OFF TIME for the same day delivery is at 7pm.
      • Any order placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next day.
    • If you select E-transfer as payment method, please pay in advance. Due to increase number of issues with late payment, and no payment; We will not deliver your order until we receive payment in full.
    • You MUST show GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID before we hand you the order. We CANNOT hand you over the product if photo ID is not present. 
    • Local delivery area perimeter is set to be within 25km radius from the shop location. However, if you live little further than 25km, please call us or email us. We will do our best to make reasonable request possible.
    • If a drop off was unsuccessful, your order will be ready for IN STORE PICK UP the next day.
    • We will exhaust all available options to make the drop off successful for the same day. However, in case of unpredictable event arises, we will contact you to discuss available alternate options.
