  • Rural Areas: If UPS/Purolator service is unavailable, we'll ship via Canada Post but expect significant delays due to the strike
  • Shipping Rates: Canada Post rate options are temporarily removed. Please select UPS or Purolator at checkout
  • Age Verification: UPS and Purolator don't offer age verification shipping. First-time customers may receive a call or email to verify age
  • Remote Addresses: We may contact you to discuss alternative shipping options if your location has limited carrier access

IMPORTANT: By Canadian law, all vape product shipments require age verification. Proof of age (18+ or 19+ depending on province) is required ON EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE with no exceptions.

How Age Verification Works

  • Signature Required: All shipments require a signature upon delivery
  • ID Check: Valid government-issued photo ID must be presented
  • If You're Not Home: Package will be held at the nearest post office or carrier depot where you must show ID to collect it
  • First-Time Customers: With UPS/Purolator shipping, we may call or email to verify your age before shipping

If paying by e-transfer, your order will not be fulfilled until we receive payment in full.
