All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator in discreet packaging for your privacy and security. We offer affordable, fast shipping to anywhere in Canada.

Delivery Times for Vape Products
- Canada Post Expedited/Xpresspost: 1-2 business days within Ontario, 2-6 business days nationally
- Same-Day Local Delivery: Available in Ottawa & Gatineau (see our Local Delivery Policy)
- In-Store Pickup: Available at all Mango Vapes locations

πͺͺ Age Verification for Vape Shipping
By law, all vape product shipments require age verification to ensure compliance with Canadian regulations.
ID Requirements
- First orders and first credit card orders require signature and valid government-issued photo ID
- Random ID verification may be required on subsequent orders
- If delivery fails due to absence, package will be held at nearest post office for pickup with ID

Most orders are processed within 24 business hours. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your vape products ship. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

β©οΈ Returned or Rejected Vape Shipments
Canada Post charges return shipping fees for packages returned due to:
- Incorrect mailing address
- Failed age verification
- Failure to sign or pick up
Customers must pay return shipping charges before refunds are issued. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. Reshipping requires payment of new shipping fees.
π‘οΈ Shipping Insurance for Vape Products
All Canada Post shipments include up to $100 insurance for loss or damage. Mango Vapes is not liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping. We'll open support tickets with Canada Post on your behalf for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Please cooperate with Canada Post investigations. Failure to do so may result in claim denial.
π¦ Shipping Damage
If your vape products arrive damaged:
- Refuse shipment if package is clearly damaged
- Inspect outer packaging and contents immediately upon delivery
- Report damage within 24 hours of delivery
Important: Damages not reported within 24 hours cannot be claimed with the carrier, preventing reimbursement.
π International Shipping
We currently ship only to Canadian addresses. We do not ship to the United States or other countries at this time.
βοΈ Order Changes & Cancellations
Contact us immediately for order changes or cancellations. We'll accommodate requests if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, you must return the package (10% restocking fee applies). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7-Day Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 7 days from purchase. After 7 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original manufacturer sealed packaging
- Complete with all components and accessories
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
Important: Items returned incomplete or in different condition will not receive refunds/exchanges and will be returned at your expense.
Non-Returnable Vape Products (Final Sale)
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- E-Liquids (all brands and sizes)
- Disposable vapes and disposables
- Pod systems and pre-filled pods
- Coils, batteries, chargers, drip tips
- Rebuildable products and accessories
- Cannabis accessories
- Clearance, liquidation, discontinued, and final sale items
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
- Credit card purchases: Refunded to original card
- Other payment methods: May receive store credit coupon
- Processing time: Up to one billing cycle depending on card issuer

π οΈ Warranty Coverage for Vape Devices
Warranty Period
We offer 15-day or 30-day limited warranty from delivery date (varies by manufacturer). Warranty applies only to products purchased from Mango Vapes retail stores or mangovapes.com.
Products NOT Covered by Warranty
- Consumable products: tanks, atomizers, coils, pods, batteries, chargers, drip tips, accessories, pod systems, disposables, e-liquids
- Liquidation, clearance, discontinued, and final sale items
- Damage from improper use, dropping, abuse, or unauthorized repair
- Water damage, juice spillage, fire damage
- Leaking tanks, dry hits, shorted coils
- Cosmetic issues, scratches, stripped threads
- Software issues, normal wear and tear
Warranty Coverage Includes
- DOA devices (Dead on Arrival)
- LED screen issues
- Charging port malfunctions
- Battery issues (turning off when firing)
- Chip malfunctions (auto-firing, not recognizing atomizers)
- Manufacturing defects

π§ E-Liquid Policy
All e-liquids are FINAL SALE for consumer safety and sanitary reasons. E-liquids cannot be returned or exchanged.
E-liquid taste may vary due to:
- Steeping period and batch differences
- Device settings and equipment used
- Cleanliness of device, wicks, pods, or coils
If you believe your e-liquid has quality issues, visit our retail location with the product and receipt. In rare cases where liquid is defective, we may replace it. We cannot exchange flavors you simply don't enjoy.
πΏ Cannabis Vaporizer & Accessory Policy
Returns
Brand new, unopened, unused cannabis vaporizers may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days if original seals are intact. If no seals exist, no returns accepted.
All cannabis accessories (used, opened, or unopened) are FINAL SALE.
Warranty
Cannabis vaporizers are covered by manufacturer warranty (14 days to 10 years depending on brand). Warranty requires original receipt and possibly original packaging. Contact manufacturers directly for warranty claims.
