A: With auto-deposit enabled, e-transfers are usually instant. Once we receive your payment, we'll process your order right away.
Q: Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
A: Currently, we accept one payment method per order. Choose the option that works best for you at checkout.
Q: What if my credit card is declined?
A: Contact your card issuer to ensure there are no holds or restrictions. Verify your billing address matches your card's registered address. You can also try paying by e-transfer instead.
Q: Do you accept cryptocurrency or other digital payments?
A: Currently, we accept credit cards, prepaid cards, and e-transfer only. We may add additional payment methods in the future.
