Mango Vapes offers same day local delivery in Ottawa and surrounding area.

Delivery Area: 

Within 5km: $5.99/ FREE DELIVERY ON ORDER OVER $50

5km~10km: $8.99/ FREE DELIVERY ON ORDER OVER $75

10km~15km: $12.99/ FREE DELIVERY ON ORDER OVER $100

15km~20km: FREE DELIVERY ON MINIMUM ORDER OVER $100

20km~25km: FREE DELIVERY ON MINIMUM ORDER OVER $150

 

Estimated drop off hours are between: 

  • 1st Batch:   9am~12pm

  • 2nd Batch:  12pm~3pm 

  • 3rd Batch:   3pm~6pm 

  • 4th Batch:   6pm~9pm 

Gatineau Area: 

  • 1st Batch: 12pm~3pm 

  • 2nd Batch: 6pm~9pm

CUT OFF TIME for the same day delivery is at 7pm. Any order placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next day. 

Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. However, you may receive your order at a later batch time if you live further than 10km away from the shop location. 

If you wish to receive the order in certain batch time, please write a note on "delivery instruction section" on the checkout page. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

Depending on the daily delivery order volume, your order may arrive a little earlier or later than the approximate drop-off time given. We appreciate your understanding in advance.  

Examples of situations that may cause delay in deliveries: 

  • On certain busy days, we may receive delivery requests from all over the city at the same time, (including Orleans, Kanata, Barrhaven, and Gatineau area) and it may take longer than usual to deliver the order from one place to another. 

  • Bad weather 

  • Road construction 

  • Heavy traffic  

Frequently asked questions:

  • I'm within Same Day Local Delivery Zone but I do not get Local Delivery option:

Occasionally, your order may get splitted between multiple locations if item/s you choose in the cart is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled at one location. In this case, system will only give you an option of Shipping via Canada Post.

Not to worry, (If you are within Local Delivery Zone), We default online orders to local delivery if shipping address is in Ottawa. Simply select  Canada Post Shipping and submit the order. We will gather all items from multiple location and deliver to you.

  • I live few minutes away from your shop location, why does it take few hours to get my order delivered to my address:

We have our own delivery team that processes daily delivery orders. Drivers usually brings batch of orders, finishe them, then comes back to pick up next batch. It's likely that your order is waiting to be picked up as next batch of orders. 

  • Why can't I pay Cash?

There have been many occasions where customers were unreacheable, and not present at the address provided. Unfortunately, we do require payment to be made prior to processing any shipping or delivery orders.

If you are a regular customer with delivery order history with us, email us or call us if you need to make special arrangement for cash payment. 

  • I have been waiting for my orders for more than several hours? where is my order?

Sincere apologies first. 

Our top priority is to provide fast and easy service to our beloved customers. However, on certain busy days (Thursday, Friday, Day before Long weekend holidays etc) drivers may just running behind on schedule.

Rest assured, all delivery orders have been successfully delivered as promised on the same day since 2020.

 

E-TRANSFER AS PAYMENT METHOD:   

Your order will not be fulfilled until we receive payment in full.  

  • Please make your e-transfer to: payment@mangovapes.com (auto-deposit enabled)  

  • Please include your order number (MGxxxxxx) in the notes section when e-transferring from your Financial Institution. This will assist us to more quickly match your payment with your order  

Additionally, you may be prompted to set up a security question/answer when sending e-transfers from certain financial institutions. We advise you to use the question and answer below;  

 

  • Security Question: Shop Name  

  • Security Answer: mangovapes 

 

You MUST show your GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID at the time of delivery, before we can complete your order. By law, We CANNOT hand over the product to you if a photo ID is not present.  

The local delivery area is set to be a 25km radius from the shop location. However, if you live a little further than 25km, please call us or email us. We will do our best to make reasonable requests possible. 

If a drop off was unsuccessful, your order will be ready for IN-STORE PICK UP the next day. 

 

 

We will exhaust all available options to make the drop-off successful for the same day. However, in case an unpredictable event arises, we will contact you to discuss available alternative options.
